- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year-old male referred to a hospital with haematoma at the right psoas muscle. The patient had prior diagnosis of mild haemophilia A and history of Mallory-Weis syndrome and had been previously admitted due to mobility difficulties and low back pain. He was treated with pdFVIII/VWF due to the bleeding location but experienced acute left costal pain after discharge. The case demonstrates the use of light-chain amyloidosis as a change in haemophilia.
