- Abstract
This article presents a case report of a 54-year-old man with a protruding nodule on his right inner lower eyelid, which was diagnosed as myxoma. The patient's two sons also had similar conditions, with multiple myxomas and pigmented macules on their skin. The article discusses the diagnosis of Carney complex (CNC), a rare autosomal-dominant disease with multiple neoplasia. It provides information on the clinical manifestations, genetic causes, and differential diagnosis of CNC. The article emphasizes the importance of early recognition and differential diagnosis to prevent other systemic manifestations of the disease.
