Finding that there is a significant problem in the quality of health care for children in a country that spends more on health care than any other; Report which showed lapses in patient safety, shortcomings in providing recommended care and a widespread failure to provide preventative services to teens; Statistics from the data; Some good news was the finding of improved service to the youngest children; Call for a public-private effort to rectify the situation.
