- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the factors that influence diabetics to complete the diabetes self-management education (DSME) programs. To evaluate these factors, the study used data from an established clinical trial of diabetes education called Journey for Control of Diabetes: The IDEA (Interactive Dialogue to Educate and Activate). Details on how the study was conducted are highlighted.
