- Abstract
The article presents an evaluation of the mental health among deaf clients. It looks into the impacts of the cultural, language and normative data issues on test selection and administration, and interpretation of the assessment findings. It features an assessment of persons with diminished capacity with emphasis on the aspects of competency. It also presents an assessment of psychiatric populations with points being stressed on the aspects of communication and executive functions.
