- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 48-year-old woman who was taken to the emergency department due to sudden onset of severe headache, neck stiffness, nausea and vomiting. She was diagnosed with spontaneous extramedullary hematoma in the dorsal region, a condition that leads to neurological deterioration and spinal cord injury. The symptom of spinal extramedullary hematoma and the importance of its early diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
