- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a patient who was administered alemtuzumab therapy for refractory idiopathic hyperosinophilic syndrome with abnormal T cells. Once commenced on alemtuzumab, the patient's pyrexia settled and the cutaneous lesions started to resolve, the left ventricular ejection fraction improved to 61 percent and serum interleukin-5 concentration fell to 9 pg/mol.
