The article concludes the cycle of the author's research on the nature of the powers and acts of the UN General Assembly in accordance with the UN Charter, the evolution of the normative and doctrinal interpretation of the relevant statutory provisions, the features and significance of the "Ukrainian" resolutions of the UN General Assembly in the conditions of the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine. The correlation is substantiated between the provisions of the resolutions, the factual and normative qualifications they contain, their references to certain international legal acts, quantitative and other indicators of support during voting, the procedure for their adoption -- and the possibilities of using individual, group, collective measures to counter the Russian Federation, facilitating the de-occupation of Ukraine, bringing the aggressor state, its leadership and perpetrators of war crimes to justice.
