Editor's Corner.
- Authors
Dowd, E. Thomas
- Abstract
The author expresses views on his decision to resign as editor of the "Journal of Cognitive Psychotherapy" in 1996. He cites his reasons behind the move, one of which is that he wants to devote significant time to the International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy (IACP) as its president-elect. The procedure he created for his replacement, in consultation with IACP president Christine Padesky, is discussed. He also describes mixed emotions arising from his decision.
