- Abstract
Conformal submersion with horizontal distribution is defined in this paper, which is a generalization of the affine submersion with horizontal distribution. Then, proved a necessary and sufficient condition for a semi-Riemannian manifold to become a statistical manifold in the case of a conformal submersion with horizontal distribution. Also, obtained a necessary and sufficient condition for the tangent bundle to become a statistical manifold with respect to the Sasaki lift metric and the complete lift connection.
