The article discusses how data breaches and cyber attacks can harm a reputation of an law firm; and suggests using cyber insurance. Topics discussed include data breach associated expenses required to start recovery; ways in which a cyber-attack could result in ongoing legal action, along with large financial settlements on behalf of those affected; and importance of high standard in protecting client's data, networks, and critical assets.
