- Abstract
An essay is presented on the role of Native knowledge in wildlife research and law. The authors propose an interdisciplinary approach to research which incorporates Native beliefs and ways of understanding the natural world. Particular focus on the perspectives that the authors bring to their research as an Athabascan scientist and wildlife director and a non-Native geographer. Native resilience, climate change, and riddles are also discussed.
