- Abstract
The article discusses the low frequency of skin reactions reported in patients taking raltegravir. It mentions the association of antiretroviral drugs with cutaneous adverse events, particularly non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors. It concludes that raltegravir-treated patients seen in a real-life setting illustrated a low frequency of severe skin reactions.
