- Abstract
After the confinement and suspension of school activities due to the covid-19 health emergency, the return to school has generated hope and tribulations in educational agents, particularly for teachers who carry out arduous planning, management, and teaching tasks. In this context, the study analyzes the experiences of basic education teachers in Chiapas, Mexico during the return to school activities. The work is carried out from a qualitative praxeological approach based on the application of interviews and observation records of the teachers themselves. The results are divided into three thematic blocks: Social and subjective patterns of the return to face-to-face classes; network of relationships and links; and daily school processes. In these, the social, health, pedagogical and subjective complexities that the return to school brings with it, whose mixed modality - face-to-face and distance learning - is subordinated to the reality of the communities and the relationships that are woven between their actors and subjectivities, demarcated by a precarious infrastructure environment, which demands greater congruence between institutional intentions, the right to education and the practices on which they are based, are exposed.
