The article offers several nature-related developments in 2009. Human space-flight programme of the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) does not have enough finances to fulfills its goal to build a Moon base or sending astronauts to Mars. United Nation's World Economic and Social Survey has estimated developing countries need between 500 billion dollars and 600 billion dollars annually from rich nations to shift to cleaner energy. I has projected that India's greenhouse gas emissions will triply increased by 2031.
