- Title
A scramble for Africa.
- Abstract
The article reflects on the author's opinion about China taking power in Africa in terms of financial assistance. As the leaders of the top industrialized nations held a meeting in Scotland chaired by British Prime Minister Tony Blair, the topic was how to avoid mismanagement and misappropriation of the country. The author stresses that of all the nations, China, which is not a member at all, seems to have no qualms in offering a hand to Africa. Experts say that the scramble for Africa is a stampede for wealth.
