Fibras Ultrafinas de PCL Associadas ao Biovidro: Um Novo Biomaterial para Engenharia Tecidual.

- Abstract
O objetivo do estudo foi sintetizar e caracterizar morfologicamente e quimicamente fibras ultrafinas de policaprolactona (PCL) associada a um novo biovidro 58S, com formação de cloroapatita, em duas diferentes rotas de produção, produzidas pelo processo de eletrofiação. Foram preparadas duas soluções, uma contendo 0,4g de PCL diluída em 2 mL de acetona e acrescido 40% em massa de biovidro produzido pela rota Sol-Gel e uma acrescido 40% em massa de biovidro produzido pela rota Sol-Gel precipitado. Para o processo de eletrofiação foram utilizados três parâmetros fixos: 1,0 mLh-1 de razão de fluxo, 10kV de voltagem e 12cm de distância. As fibras foram analisadas por microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV) e tiveram o diâmetro mensurado pelo software ImageJ, foram submetidas aos testes de espectroscopia de raios x por dispersão em energia (EDS), difratometria de raios X (DRX), espectroscopia no infravermelho por transformada de fourie (FTIR) e análise de ângulo de contato (goniometria). Os biomateriais produzidos pela associação entre biovidro e biopolímero tiveram seus resultados comparados entre si. A partir da análise dos dados foi possível confeccionar um novo biovidro à partir de duas diferentes rotas e compará-las quanto às características físicoquímicas e observar a aplicabilidade da referida metodologia em confeccionar um biomaterial aprimorado, que agregue as propriedades osteoindutoras do biovidro ao biopolimero PCL, aplicável ao processo de regeneração óssea guiada, entre outros usos.
