- Abstract
This research aims to identify the impact of the dimensions of emotional intelligence(Self-Awareness, Managing Emotions, Self-Motivation, Empathy, and Handling Relationships) on the organizational learning dimensions(Learning Dynamics, Organization Transformation, and Application of Technology). The research is conducted in the banking sector in Basra.the consists of sample (154) employees. The most important finding of the research is the existence of a significant impact of emotional intelligence on the organizational learning. Many recommendations have introduced.
