- Abstract
This paper uses the reliability analysis method based on the Markov chain to analyze the reliability and safety of ZPW-2000A jointless track circuit system widely used in the country. Firstly, the system failures are classified using the method given by IEC 61508. Then a Markov state transition model and a common cause failure beta-factor model are established. The mean time to failure (MTTF) in the presence of common cause failures is calculated. Finally, MATLAB is used to analyze the calculation results and find out the key factors affecting the reliability of the system. The results provide a reference for reducing the probability of common cause failures in the system and help to improve the reliability and safety of ZPW-2000A jointless track circuit system.
