- Abstract
A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) working in a charge-cyclic mode and inplementable with IGZO TFTs for integrated data driver is proposed The DAC has the conversion accuracy determined by the ratio of loading capacitances of every two adjacent data lines and therefore independent of threshold voltages (VT) of integrated devices. Thus, high conversion accuracy can be achieved even if a significant VT shift or variation happens.
