The article presents a case study of a 12-year-old Romany girl presented to the hospital with hypouricemia. Topics discussed include the physical examination performed on the patient; the initial urinalysis of the patient; and the serum uric acid (UA) level of the patient. Also mentioned is the patient's diagnosis with hypouricemia and hyperuricosuria.
