- Abstract
The article discusses a study which evaluated the relationship between physical activity (PA) and moderate- to vigorous-intensity PA (MVPA) strength output and body mass index (BMI). It describes how the study was conducted and discusses the use of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire in determining the participants' eligibility. It also cites an increase in the MVPA strength output as PA varied weekly during treatment for obesity.
