- Abstract
The article looks at the Victory Loan Flying Circus, an aerial demonstration and acrobatics show which took place in St. Louis, Missouri, and Kansas City, Missouri in 1919. The show was organized to promote U.S. the Federal war bond program known as the Victory Loan. Details on an accident in which pilot George M. Belser was forced to crash-land his German Fokker aircraft into the crowd are also presented.
