- Abstract
The article offers information on the significant role of the General Agreements on Trade in Services (GATS) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in the development and implementation of the international regulatory framework for regulating the field of teleradiology and telemedicine globally. It analyzes the significance of the international treaties in laying effective regulation for addressing the privacy rights of a patient's medical information, medical licenses and medical malpractice.
