- Abstract
The article discusses how many private U.S. law firms are offering free legal services to entrepreneurs and small businesses as part of the legal companies' pro bono commitments, and it mentions the provision of legal services to low-income and poor parties, as well as information about access to justice. The triage process is addressed in relation to the allocation of resources between transactional legal services and litigation legal services. Social justice and empowerment are examined.
