The article explores the rise in the case related to air rage, specifically in China, as of October 2014. Topics discussed include common law jurisdictions related to the issue in countries such as Australia and the U.S., laws defined by the by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in order the prevent air rage cases, and role of the law cost airlines on the quality of air line services.
