- Abstract
The article discusses the cultural differences that will possibly create traps in international construction arbitration. It notes that the three primary legal systems worldwide shared a common denominator which is the sanctity of contract. It mentions the significant differences between the U.S. and Great Britain as to how evidence are presented. The difficulties in dispute resolution in the Middle East due to religion that needs an overriding consideration is also highlighted.
