- Title
Super resolution for common probes and common microscopes.
- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the Bayesian blinking and bleaching (3B) analysis approach that provides new possibilities for super-resolution in cellular imaging. In this approach the entire time series is examined, and a fluorophore location probability map is created by making a weighted average over all possible models. The 3B approach involves simple optical setups and probes that are not photoswitchable or photoactivatable.
