The article presents a speech by law professor Geoffrey S. Corn delivered at the symposium "The International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg: Examining Its Legacy 75 Years Later" held at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia on November 19, 2021. Topics discussed include the possible incorporation of war crimes as offenses in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), military implication of the trial, and benefits of incorporating war crimes.
