- Abstract
The article offers information on the ethical challenges of personalised oncology medicines. It mentions that the two key challenges are disruption to recognised models for the construction of clinical evidence and contradiction due to crossover. It adds that gefitinib and erlotinib, drugs which target mutant epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) and were approved for the management of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
