The article considers the right to be forgotten created by a European Court of Justice decision in Google Spain v. AEPD and Mario Costeja Gonzalez as misguided in principle and unworkable in practice, according to a report published by the House of Lords European Union (EU) Home Afairs, Health and Education Sub-Committee. Issues addressed in the case are data protection and removal of web site links. Conclusion in the report cover topics on right to privacy and definition of data controllers.
