- Abstract
The article focuses on legislative initiatives made by Tennessee General Assembly to preserve personal privacy and criminal law. Topics discussed include the Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act that prohibited law enforcement agency using a drone to collect evidence, amendment of Tennessee law concerning government tracking of location information from an electronic device without a warrant and Tennessee law regulating cell phone searches by law enforcement officers.
