- Abstract
The article discusses the arsenic murder case of Katie LaVerne Browder of Tennessee. It says that Browder was convicted for the murder of her father, Nelson Bowler, and father-in-law, William Stricklin, by using arsenic. It says that Browder was also charged with attempted murder of her mother-in-law, Mollie Stricklin, but was acquitted. It mentions that Browder was released on parole on July 4, 1981 and died of leukemia on March 1, 1995.
