- Abstract
The article provides information on the effectiveness of peer-interactive course instruction which known as Biology 100 in the U.S. M. David Merrill, an advisor of the Center for the Improvement of Teaching and Outreach (CITO) at the Brigham Young University-Hawaii, stated that the instructional strategies are very useful tool especially to the freshmen students to know more about biological topics. David Bybee, course instructor of the university, added that the instructional method would enhance the abilities of the students to interact in solving problems, socialization and peer group stabilization. Several charts are presented depicting the student's behavior in the new class activities and the traditional classes.
