- Abstract
The article discusses the use of antiperspirant roll-on products in the detection of axillary lymphadenopathy. A case of a 76-year-old man with a history of squamos cell carcinoma (SCC) in 1999 is presented. While pressing the roll-on bottle on his skin, the man notice the lump in his left axilla and clinical investigation confirmed metastatic SCC. The roll on product required direct pressure into the axilla that the patient became aware of the abormalities in his lymph nodes.
