- Abstract
The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has caused problems in behavioral and emotional regulation and social interaction in children. For this reason, proposals for actions that adults must comply with when playing with infants were identified. A documentary exercise was eveloped that allows the classification, description and analysis under the compilation of different academic research sources. As a result, it was revealed that the adults in charge of the children have an opportunity in the time they spend together to promote spaces for creative play, learning their emotions, as well as favor social skills and improve empathy and that their processes continue development as normal as possible. It is concluded that adults are key agents in emotional support, especially in the context that was experienced as a result of confinement.
