- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of the decision made by High Court of Australia in Kuczborski v Queensland on the scope of Kable doctrine. Topics discussed includes definition of criminal organization under the Criminal Organisation Act, challenges made by Kuczborski against the new offence provisions and sentencing and bail provisions, and enactment of various act such as Vicious Lawless Association Disestablishment Act, Tattoo Parlours Act and Disruption Act by the Queensland's government.
