- Abstract
The article features the legal opinions of academicians on the controversial "good faith" clause in the Commercial Law of Australia. The academic analysis of Justice Robert McDougall and the notion of Geoffrey Kuehne on the subject of good faith in commercial contracts are discussed. Several academic commentaries on Australian contract law including one by Eileen Webb, Elizabeth Peden and Maged Rofail are also presented. Also noted are comments of Professor Tyrone Carlin and Angelo Capuano.
