- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 66-year-female scheduled for a coronary artery bypass surgery. Topics include medical history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, and diabetes mellitus, performing of off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery, and complaints of respiratory difficulties and detection of inspiratory stridor after extubation. It mentions the occurrence of bilateral vocal cord paralysis (VCP) after coronary artery bypass surgery.
