- Abstract
Oil and gas field BZ 19 - 6 is the largest medium-deep oil and gas field found in Bohai Oilfield and even in China. It plays an important role in meeting the energy demand of the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. However, due to the complex conditions of buried hill formation and high wear resistance, the cost of single well construction duration was too high. Hydraulic jet fracturing technology was considered to increase the productivity of exploration wells to meet the production requirements of exploration wells into development wells. Based on the hydrodynamic analysis of hydraulic jet fracturing process, a set of parameters design method for hydraulic jet fracturing was established. Combining this method with the limitation of reservoir depth and offshore operation capacity in oil and gasfield BZ 19 - 6, the feasibility of applying hydraulic jet fracturing technology to exploration wells in Bohai oilfield BZ 19 6 was analyzed. With the increase of operation depth, wellhead pump pressure and annulus casing pressure increased. The ultimate hydraulic jet fracturing depth of 88. 9 mm and 114. 3 mm tubing was 5 700 m and 6 800 m respectively, which met the requirements of oil and gasfield BZ 19 - 6 for operation depth. The equipments at offshore platform could meet the requirements of displacement, pump pressure and fluid volume of hydraulic jet fracturing of BZ 19 - 6 operation. The predicted operating duration was 50% shorter than that of conventional fracturing, which had obvious advantages in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Considering the operation depth, operation scale, equipment requirements, time & cost and other factors, hydraulic jet fracturing had the feasibility to work on exploration wells in oil and gasfield BZ 19 - 6, and would be expected to become an important technical reserve for exploration wells to be converted to development wells in this oilfield.
