- Abstract
The article offers information on the unusual record of Bonaparte's gull, or Chroicocephalus philadelphia, in the Sierra San Pedro Martir in Baja California. Topics covered include the condition of the bird when it was found in the park during the snowstorm, the record of several Pacific loons, or Gavia pacifica, on the sky island and the existence of a possible migratory route between the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California that crosses the mountain ranges of Baja California peninsula.
