This article offers advice on the case of a young Negro girl named Nancy. It is suggested that Nancy's love of reading should be used to make her familiar with books dealing with Negro history and the contribution of Negroes to American culture. In addition, some work should be done with her mother, so that she obtains some insights into the child's problems.
