- Abstract
Purpose. Stabilization of the threads tension is based on the optimization of the transfer function of the comb tensioner of the thread. Methodology. The optimization of the transfer function of the comb tensioner of the thread is based on the complex theoretical researches of the interaction the threads with guides and working bodies of textile machinery in view of creasing, bending stiffness and is aimed at stabilizing the thread tension, that will allow to avoid its breakage and will improve the performance of the process equipment and the quality of produced products. Findings. The conduction of the complex theoretical and experimental studies of the process of interaction between the real threads and comb strain relief of the process equipment, in view of the multi-dependence of this process, using modern tools and devices of registration the initial parameters, the active experiment planning, the application software of the computer allowed us to obtain the value of the transfer function and stabilize the thread tension based on improving the construction of the comb tensioner of the thread. Originality. For the first time, were obtained the equations to determine the tension of the after comb tensioner of the thread based on actual physical and mechanical properties and the law of the change of the input tension. Practical value. The construction parameters of a comb tensioner of the thread was optimized, that allowed to reduce breakage and, as a consequence, to improve the performance of the process equipment and the quality of produced products.
