- Abstract
The article presents case study of three-month-old boy who visited the hospital with a primary complaint of a subcutaneous mass and enlargement of the cervical lymph nodes, no hepatosplenomegaly. It mentions that blood examination detected marked elevation of serum soluble IL-2 receptor but other laboratory data were within normal ranges; and diagnosis of SPTCL and pathological diagnosis was confirmed by diagnosis system of Japan children’s cancer group.
