- Abstract
Reflective analysis with the objective of analyzing educational technologies in hybrid teaching as a proposal for personalization to nursing students. Some aspects are important to be considered, such as the planning, the virtual environment and the educational technologies that permeate Nursing education with respect for each student's learning pace. The teacher as a knowledge mediator aims to personalize student learning through collective work with collaborative learning. Institutional infrastructure is recommended to manage the demands that comprise the pedagogical changes from hybrid teaching, such as skills and realistic simulation laboratories that assist in teaching by groups (station rotation). In addition to flexible furniture, living space, study and research, availability of technological, digital and internet equipment. It is timely to train teachers and understand that all teachers must participate in the advances that are presented.
