- Abstract
Education is the most important branch of the economy of a country. This is the one that permanent contributes to the economic development of different sectors using specialists instructed over the years. Lately, technological progress has contibuted significantly in improving the activities undertaken at this level. Thus, the online learning environment appeared, allowing users to access a higher amount of information and constantly interacting with other specialists in the field. This paper aims to determine how a number of factors, such as the benefits that can be obtained after following a course held in the online environment, disadvantages perceived, importance of certain factors in the online environment and the quality of services, have the power to influence satisfaction perceived by individuals in their experience of using educational services in the digital environment. Moreover, has been developed a model which illustrates the impact that these factors have on the future behavior of users. The paper is based on a quantitative study that was conducted among persons who attended at least one professional training course and entrepreneurs hip held in the Pilot Center of Online Assistance (PCO). The quantitative study was conducted on a sample of 382 respondents. The research took place in October 2013, in Bucharest. Information was collected using an online questionnaire, which was the instrument of an online survey. The online questionnaire was consisted of 16 questions that constantly pursued in achieving the goal of research. It has been created a model by testing data after their were statistically analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software.
