- Abstract
The article presents a case study with 54-year-old woman was followed in the department of pneumology for severe asthma and diagnosed with asthma and chronic sinusitis and was treated with inhaled combined steroid therapy and long-acting bronchodilator. His computed tomography (CT) scan showed bronchial thickening, atelectasis and centrolobular micronodules and revealed bilateral maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis. It mentions bacteriological analysis was positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
