The article focuses on judgments of several court cases addressing the right to carry a weapon outside the home under the Second Amendment Protection. Topics discussed include the U.S Supreme Court's decision in case Dist. of Columbia v. Heller that addressed the scope of the Second Amendment, case McDonald v. City of Chicago that addressed the second amendment's right to bear a firearm and the constitutional right of armed self-defense.
