- Abstract
A case study of 54-year-old woman is presented who was referred to gynecology department for a pelvic mass at computed tomography (CT). Topics include considered that the differential diagnosis included a lung abscess with an atypical pathogen or a rapidly growing malignancy; and examines that review of the adnexal specimen collected during the earlier laparoscopic procedure demonstrated granulomatous inflammation with aggregation of epithelioid cell.
