- Abstract
The article discusses what the author refers to as the success and challenges that are associated with Mexican competition law and policy as of 2016, and it mentions the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Mexico's Federal Law on Economic Competition which was passed in 1992. Mexico's Federal Commission of Competition and Federal Institute for Telecommunications are addressed, along with legislative reforms and constitutional amendments in Mexico.
